Read this once before you start using sift. No fine print, no maze of legalese. What you can do, what you cannot, what happens if something goes wrong — line by line.
使用 sift 须年满 13 岁。13–18 岁需监护人同意。禁止地区：当地法律禁止使用本服务的地方。
注册时填写真实邮箱。一个邮箱对应一个账号。账号不得转让、不得共享给他人 — 你的卡片是你的关系，伴侣不在多人间转手。
违反这些规则，我们可能暂停或终止你的账号 — 严重的会同步法律渠道。
我们可以：
我们不会未经你同意把你的内容公开、转给第三方、用于训练。这条具体见隐私政策。
订阅自动续费。续费前不会单独通知 — 你可以随时在 App / App Store / Google Play 取消，取消后当期用完不再续。
30 天内无理由退款：第一次订阅或升级套餐后 30 天内，写邮件到 HuanNan520@outlook.com 即可退款。
例外：通过 App Store / Google Play 订阅的，按平台退款政策走（我们也建议你先走平台 — 通常更快）。BYOK 模式下你自己的上游 API 账单不在退款范围内。
价格可能调整 — 已订阅用户按原价续约一个周期，之后切到新价格。
你的内容归你。你在 sift 里写的卡片、说的话，著作权和所有权都在你手里。我们只在"提供 sift 服务"这一目的范围内获得必要的处理许可。
Sift 服务归 sift。客户端代码、UI 设计、品牌名 "sift" 与 logo 是我们的知识产权。开源代码部分按 GitHub 仓库声明的许可证执行（当前 AGPL-3.0）。
使用 sift 不授予你重新分发客户端、商用品牌名、或基于 sift 名义提供再服务的权利。
Sift 按 "现状提供"（as-is）。我们尽全力让它好用、稳定、安全，但不承诺：
在法律允许的最大范围内，对因使用或无法使用 sift 引起的间接损失（误工、商业利润、数据丢失）不承担责任。
本条款中国大陆用户适用中华人民共和国法律。因本服务产生的争议，由具有管辖权的人民法院依法管辖。
其他地区用户适用本地法律下的消费者保护条款 — 不影响你按本地法享有的不可剥夺权利。涉及跨境争议，双方应先尝试友好协商。
你可以随时通过 App 内"销户"主动终止。销户后数据按隐私政策第四条处理。
我们终止账号的情况：严重违反条款、长期违法使用、付费失败超过 60 天。被动终止前会发邮件告知。
条款理解、合规咨询、商务合作：
You must be at least 13 years old. Users 13–18 need parental consent. Prohibited regions: anywhere local law restricts use of this service.
Use a real email at signup. One email, one account. Accounts are non-transferable and not shared — your cards are your relationship; a companion doesn't hand off between people.
Breaking these rules can mean a suspended or terminated account — and in serious cases, legal escalation.

We will not share your content publicly, hand it to third parties without consent, or use it for training. See the Privacy Policy for specifics.
Subscriptions auto-renew. We do not notify before each renewal — you can cancel any time in-app, in App Store, or in Google Play. Cancellation lets the current period finish, then stops.
30-day no-questions-asked refund: within 30 days of your first subscription or an upgrade, email HuanNan520@outlook.com for a refund.
Exception: subscriptions purchased through App Store / Google Play follow the platform's refund policy (we recommend trying the platform first — usually faster). In BYOK mode, your own upstream API bill is not refundable by us.
Prices can change. Existing subscribers continue at their current price for one more cycle, then move to the new price.
Your content is yours. The cards you write, the things you say to sift — copyright and ownership stay with you. We get only the processing license needed to run the service.
Sift the service is ours. The client code, UI design, the name "sift", and the logo are our IP. The open-source portion follows the license declared in the GitHub repo (currently AGPL-3.0).
Using sift does not grant you the right to redistribute the client, use the brand commercially, or operate a derived service under the sift name.
Sift is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it useful, stable, and safe, but we do not promise:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, sift (lost time, business profits, lost data).
For users in mainland China, these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this service shall be governed by the courts of competent jurisdiction.
For users elsewhere, your local consumer-protection law applies — these terms do not override any non-waivable rights you have at home. Cross-border disputes should attempt amicable settlement first.
You can terminate at any time via in-app account deletion. After deletion, data is handled per section 4 of the Privacy Policy.
We may terminate your account for: serious violation of these terms, sustained illegal use, or payment failure for more than 60 days. We send an email before passive termination.
